Peaceful Pathways does not guarantee specific outcomes, debt reduction amounts, or exact timeframes. Services provided do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. For tax guidance, please consult a tax professional. For bankruptcy information, consult a licensed bankruptcy attorney.
5. Program Disclosures
Participation in debt settlement will likely negatively affect your creditworthiness, may result in collections or lawsuits, and may increase the total balance owed due to interest and fees.
Most clients receive their first settlement within the first 3 months, depending on their ability to save funds, and the overall program length is typically 12–48 months.
Clients must generally save about 20% of their enrolled debt before settlement offers can be negotiated.
Not all debts are eligible for enrollment, and not all clients complete the program. Results vary.
Clients deposit funds into a dedicated account they own and control. Funds may be withdrawn at any time without penalty. If a client withdraws from the program, all funds remaining in the dedicated account will be returned to the client, except for fees already earned on successfully negotiated settlements.
Program fees are typically 25% of enrolled debt, though exact fees vary by state and are fully disclosed in each client’s agreement.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
Peaceful Pathways offers a money-back guarantee. If a client chooses to opt out of the program before any settlement has been reached and approved by the client, all funds the client has deposited into the dedicated account will be refunded in full. Because Peaceful Pathways only earns fees after a settlement is reached and approved, no fees are charged unless that condition is met.
7. State Availability
Our services are not available in all states. Please contact us directly to confirm service options in your area.
8. Third-Party Services
We may work with service providers or affiliates to deliver certain parts of our services. We are not responsible for the actions, terms, or content of third-party websites linked from or integrated with our Site.
